Ep 418 - The Korean People and the Only Begotten Daughter Part 2

The Korean People and the Only Begotten Daughter #53 - December 17, 2021

PDF Text and Images

I am excited every day because I can see each of our blessed family members each morning. It is really, really incredible!

Today I’d like to talk about  “The Korean people and the only begotten daughter ” from True Mother’s  Anthology, Book 1.

The purpose for the coming of the only begotten son, Jesus Christ, was to become the True Parent, save humankind and fulfill God's dream. Yet, Mary, who should have cooperated and supported him, ran away. She did not fulfill her responsibility. Therefore, as Jesus died on the cross, he said he would come again and that when he did he would hold the Marriage Supper of the Lamb. The 2,000-year Christian history was the history of the search for the only begotten daughter of God. Heaven prepared the noble Han people, who originated from the Dongi people, and began to shift the dynamics of goodness. I am speaking of Korea. If you look at the history of this nation, there was Goguryeo and then Goryeo, and when Goryeo collapsed, they called the nation Joseon, a name that came from Gojoseon. After the Second World War, Korea was split between north and south. The south became the Republic of Korea—Dae Han Min Guk (great Han republic).

You should not mistake the cause of this occurrence for a human act. It is proof that Heaven was working. Therefore, the one who was to become the only begotten daughter of God was to have the surname Han. I was born as the only begotten daughter of God, free from any connection to Satan. Because Mary did not fulfill her responsibilities 2,000 years ago, the Messiah's environment disappeared. In the current age, however, Daemonim gave birth to the only begotten daughter and supported her. In order to bring salvation to the fallen world, the foundation and environment of the begotten daughter are important. The person who played the central role in that was Daemonim. In Jesus' time, 2,000 years ago, this failed. However, in our time, for the first time in the 6,000 biblical years, the foundation for the only begotten daughter was realized. (2016.05.06, CheongShim International Youth Center)

God began the historical providence to establish the foundation for the only begotten daughter. People like Buddha and Confucius, who lived 2,500 years ago, guided the path for humankind to grow closer to God. God gave them the permission to do that. God has to use whatever means possible to awaken ignorant human beings and complete the providence of history. If we look at the history of civilization, we see that Christianity began on the Italian peninsula and passed through the continents and island nations to expand worldwide. God raised the noble Han people from among the Dongi Tribe, as the chosen people. This was the second time that God had worked to find and raise a chosen people. These people hated fighting so they left China and came all the way down to the Korean peninsula.

Korean history can also testify and attest to this historical providence. Goguryeo was a nation whose culture developed over the course of 1,000 years. The nation that succeeded Goguryeo was Goryeo. This nation inherited the brilliant culture of Goguryeo and named itself Goryeo. Joseon took its name from Gojoseon as well. With the liberation of Korea in 1945, the nation was divided into a democratic South and a communist North. The south was named Dae Han Min Guk (great Han republic). Who gave it that name? It is time for the truth to come out. Just as God raised the people of Israel for 4,000 years, God has been raising the Korean people so as to send the only begotten daughter. (2016.10.04, Cheon Jeong Gung)

True Mother speaks about the nation of Han, the people of Han. This relates to Korean history and finally connects to True Mother. Our True Mother is such a precious being! We are so grateful to our True Mother. She was born as the Begotten Daughter in Korea.

Also, True Father really appreciates our True Mother. Let’s study True Father’s word how Father speaks about True Mother.

You don’t know how amazing it is to have the words “True Mother.” You must know how much she has sacrificed in order to become the True Mother and attend True Father. You must never forget that this story, this long course of 10 million years and the hills and valleys that are connected through it, could not have been overcome without infinite tears and sorrow. (True Father, 251-176, October 17, 1993)

LIVING DIVINE PRINCIPLE: Who Is God?

God is:

• The subject and harmonious union of original internal nature and original external form.

• The harmonious union of original masculinity and original femininity.

• The subject partner having qualities of internal nature and masculinity towards the universe.

11. God is the God of absolute faith, absolute love, and absolute obedience.

12. God is the subject of true love, true life, and true lineage.

13. God is the subject of conscience.

14. God is a God of bitter pain.

15. God is a God of mercy.

16. God is a God of sorrow.

17. God is a being who needs to be liberated.

Recently I have been talking about “Who is God?” as a series. Today’s topic is “15: God is a God of Mercy or Forgiveness.” This is very important content. Let’s study from True Father’s word.

15. God is a God of Mercy

<66-130> What is it that God desires?  It is for people to feel gratitude for God's mercy and forgiveness.  In order for this to happen, we must make a relationship with God on the basis of His forgiveness, and then we must make an effort to build a deeper relationship with God. Only if we do this can we feel the effect of God's forgiveness; if not, we cannot feel it. Also, It is the God who has labored for thousands of years and forgave me to save me. At the same time, think of the God who suffered many sacrifices and losses.

Can you find a friend like this anywhere in the world? Is there any parent like this? Even if somebody says they love you, will they do the same for you? There is nobody like this. From this point of view, we must realize how much we are dependent on God. You must understand your own position.

Where there is sin, definitely there must be indemnity.

You need to know this. Nobody avoids this principle. Again, where there is sin -- it doesn’t matter if it is a small sin or the greatest sin -- definitely there must be indemnity.

Anyone who commits a sin must pay the indemnity without exception. This is the principle of heaven. Once you have committed a sin, consider yourself willing to be punished. Do not try to run away from your sins. Know that one day, you must pay the price.

Nobody avoids it. We have to pay the price. We need to know this. All fallen people have committed sin. That’s why we are ready to pay the price willingly, happily. If you run away, it becomes more of a burden.

In order to indemnify my sins, I must go through the process of repentance.

This is very important. The religion of the Christian church is a religion of repentance. In order to go back to God’s bosom, we need repentance, the process of repentance.

Without the process of repentance, the course of indemnity continues to be prolonged. Repentance is not just light repentance. You must repent very, very seriously. You must repent completely. You have to repent so that God and the spirit world have no choice but to sympathize. The reason your faith does not change after repentance is because it was not total repentance.

If we really repent, truly repent and truly have the experience of total repentance, then absolutely without exception we can have a life-changing experience.

Until you fully repent for your sins, you cannot receive God’s mercy and forgiveness. A person who has sinned must go through the process of repentance in order to return to God. That is why John the Baptist’s and Jesus’ first words were to repent. Otherwise, we cannot enter God’s bosom.

Because we have always related to Satan, we always have committed sin with Satan. In order to separate from Satan, we need to divorce from Satan and go back to God. (We need to) throw away(?) our fallen nature. We need to recognize “who I am.” We need to recognize “my identity: who I am.” Therefore, we need to go back to God’s bosom.

When you sincerely repent, the phenomenon that occurs is that uncontrollable hot tears will begin to flow.

Everybody without exception needs to go through this process of repentance: uncontrollable hot tears and tears and tears and tears and tears.

Then you will realize that you are the greatest sinner among sinners in this world. Through such a process, it will lead to the process of complete self-denial.

Without experiencing this kind of total repentance, you will not know the reason for complete self-denial.

An arrogant person who commits sin will never repent. They continue to hide their sins. Even if they repent, they will take it lightly. Since they take their sins lightly, they sin again. Therefore, when greater indemnity and suffering come, only then will they realize and repent.

But that was already too late. You (have) lost time. You have hurt someone’s heart. You have hurt God’s heart.

On the other hand, if there is no forgiveness in the course of God's providence of restoration, God's providence of salvation is impossible.

God cannot forgive our sins.(?) Then how can Heavenly Father restore each human being? No matter what kind of sin you have, how serious the sin you committed is! God needs to forgive us. Without forgiving human beings’ sin, God’s will cannot be completed. God’s providence is really important.

Also, not even one soul can return to God. Forgiveness means taking responsibility for the other person's sins. This is really important. Forgiveness means “I have to take responsibility for your sin.”

When True Parents forgive you, it means that God takes responsibility for your sins and gives you an opportunity for a new start, a new beginning.

True love is about forgiving and forgetting, forgiving and forgetting, and forgiving again. When a child commits a sin, the heart of a parent wants to forgive them a hundred times, a thousand times, and even ten thousand times immediately. However, if you forgive without any conditions, Satan will definitely accuse you, so even if the parent’s heart wants to forgive, you cannot forgive unless you pay a price that even Satan can accept.

Since all fallen men are sinners before God, they must seek forgiveness before God. It cannot be forgiveness for the sake of being forgiven. It cannot be forgiveness because the pain of my sins is so great or because I fear judgment. The point is here. True forgiveness means what? It is not asking for forgiveness for myself. I have to ask God for forgiveness for having left wounds in God's heart because of my sins. Most secular forgiveness is forgiveness you want for yourself. But true forgiveness is asking for forgiveness for God who has been hurt because of you. You must say, “Heavenly God, how much you suffered and feel sorrow because of my sins,” and ask God for forgiveness.

Many people are scared of “my sin.” Many people are scared of the judgment. “If I go to the spiritual world, maybe I will go to hell and all kinds of judgment will come to me.” That is not the issue. What does true forgiveness mean? It is not only because I have committed sin. Because of my sin, how much I have hurt God’s heart. How much do I make God suffer. This is the point. How much have I hurt God’s heart as his son. How much have I hurt God’s heart. That is the main point.

Because I want to be liberated from my sins, because I am scared of my sin, because I am scared of judgment, because I want to be liberated from that, everybody focuses on that point. But nobody thinks “How much have I hurt God’s heart. How much do I hurt True Parents’ heart? Because I hated someone, because I committed sin. This is the fundamental solution. This is fundamental forgiveness.

In all respects, asking for forgiveness in order to be freed from sin is the forgiveness hoped for at the level of the servant. True forgiveness is repentance for having hurt the heart of Heaven as an unfilial child. “I need to ask God for forgiveness for hurting His heart and causing pain.”

Rather than returning joy and glory to God, fallen human beings go to the spirit world after committing sin and only causing worry and pain to God during their life. Therefore, as people grow older, they cause God pain. There is no human being who is not an object of concern before God. They live life, causing God to worry, and then go to the spirit world.

For example, I am 64 years old. That means I made God worry for the last 64 years. How much did I comfort God and recognize God? But I made him worry more than that.

In the Bible verses I am talking about here, what is the Bible’s view of forgiveness?

Bible Verses About Forgiveness

Matthew 6:14-15  “For if you forgive other people when they sin against you, your heavenly Father will also forgive you.  But if you do not forgive others their sins, your Father will not forgive your sins.”

Matthew 18:21-22  “Then Peter came to Jesus and asked, “Lord, how many times shall I forgive my brother or sister who sins against me? Up to seven times?”  Jesus answered, “I tell you, not seven times, but seventy-seven times.”

Matthew 18:35 “This is how my heavenly Father will treat each of you unless you forgive your brother or sister from your heart.”

Even though Jesus (spoke about forgiveness) here and there, I really respect how Father explains forgiveness. I think in the Bible Jesus' words are really incredible. However, Father’s explanation is more internal and clearer.

A person who has never experienced how great God's love is can never forgive man's sins.

A person who has never truly repented or been forgiven by God has limitations in their ability to forgive people's sins. When I do not experience God’s love and forgive someone in a humanistic way, the resentment and hate I have towards the other person will explode in my heart at some point.

The reason I cannot forgive others is because I have not realized that I am a sinner among sinners before God. Anyone who truly realizes from God that they are a sinner among all sinners before God, can forgive anyone.

Why can’t you forgive others? Because you do not know who you are. You don’t know your identity. You don’t know that you are the sinner of sinners. When you recognize that, “I am the worst sinner” in front of God and someone commits sin, someone hurts you, someone hates you, that is nothing. You can forgive them, not only seven times; not only 77 times. This kind of unworthy person -- I am the sinner among sinners, but God loves me and forgives me -- you can forgive anyone. The important thing is that you do not realize that you are the sinner among all sinners, the worst sinner. That is why you cannot forgive someone. You think you are OK. “I’m OK. I am a good guy. I seldom commit sin. I do not hurt anyone.” That is very arrogant.

The reason I cannot forgive others is because I haven't experienced God's love. Only those who have been forgiven by God can forgive others.

The fact that I cannot forgive others is proof that the quality of my love has not yet surpassed my fallen nature. Even if they die and come back to life, fallen human beings cannot forgive others. The more narrow-minded and self-centered I am, the more difficult it is to forgive others.

When the level of my love passes the top of the growth stage and enters the completion stage, there is no one I cannot forgive. Jesus was able to love his enemies because he truly experienced God's true love.

Jesus’ quality is truly amazing. How could he forgive his enemies -- the left-hand thief, the Israeli soldiers who killed him? How could Jesus be like that? How come Jesus’ quality of love is like that? Because he knew God’s love is incredible. He is the one who inherited God’s true love. That is why he can forgive his enemies.

True love forgives even the unlovable enemy.

As I receive forgiveness from God and forgive the enemies around me, my level of love gradually increases.

In conclusion, I can forgive others to the extent that my spiritual body has grown. If you do not experience your spiritual body growing up, you cannot forgive anyone. Somebody may say, “You need to forgive your enemy, ok? You need to forgive your husband, ok? You need to forgive your brothers (and sisters) and your children.” It is impossible. I can only forgive others to the extent that my spiritual body has grown, to the extent that I have experienced God's love. As my love level has been upgraded, I can forgive and embrace my opponent, my enemy.

Wow! We learned many beautiful things, right?

TODAY’S YOUTH MINISTRY: Moses and His Course of Faith - Moses’ Lineage and the Education He Received About the Chosen People

Today is the first day we have learned about Moses’ course. We learned many, many things from Abraham’s course, Isaac’s course, Jacob’s course and especially Joseph’s course.

Let’s study today Moses and his course of Faith. Today I would like to talk about Moses’ lineage and the education he received about the chosen people.

Exodus2:1-10: The Birth of Moses

1 Now a man of the tribe of Levi married a Levite woman,

2 and she became pregnant and gave birth to a son. When she saw that he was a fine child, she hid him for three months.

3 But when she could hide him no longer, she got a papyrus basket for him and coated it with tar and pitch. Then she placed the child in it and put it among the reeds along the bank of the Nile.

4 His sister stood at a distance to see what would happen to him.

5 Then Pharaoh’s daughter went down to the Nile to bathe, and her attendants were walking along the riverbank. She saw the basket among the reeds and sent her female slave to get it.

6 She opened it and saw the baby. He was crying, and she felt sorry for him. “This is one of the Hebrew babies,” she said.

7 Then his sister asked Pharaoh’s daughter, “Shall I go and get one of the Hebrew women to nurse the baby for you?”

8 “Yes, go,” she answered. So the girl went and got the baby’s mother.

9 Pharaoh’s daughter said to her, “Take this baby and nurse him for me, and I will pay you.” So the woman took the baby and nursed him.

10 When the child grew older, she took him to Pharaoh’s daughter and he became her son. She named him Moses, saying, “I drew him out of the water.”

Moses’ Lineage and the Education He Received About the Chosen People

1. Moses' mother was named Jochebed, and she was a patriot.

She loved her nation so much!

At the time of his birth, the Pharaoh commanded all baby boys born to the Israelites to be killed and keep babies alive only if they were female. If the Israelites gave birth to a boy, they would hide him in the reeds to avoid Pharaoh's soldiers.

2. Since Moses’ mother had also given birth to a son, knowing that she would not be able to raise him, she put him in a basket  and set him down among the reeds and had his sister watch it by the riverside. One day, the Pharaoh's daughter came to the river, accompanied by her attendants, to take a bath, and when they heard a baby crying, they found the basket.

3. When she saw the baby inside, she liked him so much that she decided to find a nursemaid and take him into the palace to raise him. Accordingly, Moses’ mother followed her into the palace, and she raised him as his nursemaid.

4. Moses grew up being treated as a prince in the palace, and while he was brought up in the palace, he built a good mother-son relationship while being nursed by his nanny (Moses' real mother).

5. It is very, very important to note that Moses, who inherited the blood of Israelites from his mother, was raised well without losing his relationship with his mother, even while in the environment of the Pharaoh's palace.

It is really incredible! It is here that I realized how wonderful Moses’ mother was. We cannot help but be moved by how Moses' mother educated his son Moses as a nanny in the worldly environment, even in Pharaoh's royal palace. This (shows) our blessed families today how to educate our 2nd and 3rd generations as God's chosen people in Satan's palace.

Wow! I really respect and love Moses’ mom. How did she raise Moses? 1. As a nanny. Why was Moses so great? He inherited a beautiful blood lineage from his mother and his ancestors. When he was born, he was already a very good quality baby. Why? His mother was a patriot. She had grown up in such a way as to love her nation of Israelites, Israel. Then she (took on) the nanny position in front of her real son, Moses, and educated him properly.

We are talking about the education of the chosen people. Moses’ mother raised him in the palace, a secular environment, Pharaoh’s royal palace. How did Moses’ mother raise him properly? Through what? Through the education of the chosen people. “Hey Moses. Do you know you are a chosen guy? You need to know the background of your blood lineage. You need to know about Abraham’s family. You need to know your ancestors, Isaac’s family, Jacob’s (family). You need to know how Jacob and your ancestors came to Egypt.” His mother educated him day and night. Even though they were in a worldly environment, Moses’ mother raised him(well).

It is the same thing for our blessed families. When we raise our second generation and third generation, we need to educate them as Moses’ mother did. Moses’ mother was a champion of Hoondokhae at the time. She in a good way brainwashed him: “Don’t forget who you are. You are a chosen guy. OK? You came from a different blood lineage. Do you know who your ancestors are?” Moses’ mother was really amazing. I really love Moses’ mother. (She realized) the importance of education, the importance of Hoondokhae.

Even though we are living in a terrible worldly environment, we need to educate our second generation and third generation in the position of a nanny like True Mother’s mother Daemonim: “Hey, my daughter, my daughter, True Mother, Hak Ja Han Moon, your daddy is God. God is your father. I am not your mother. Your (father and mother are?) Heavenly God.” Wow! Daemonim educated True Mother. How great she was!

6. The name “Moses” has the meaning “drew from the water.” This means that he inherited blood from the womb.

7. First, blood is inherited through the mother’s womb. Even though Moses came out of his mother's womb and was educated in the palace, the environment of the Pharaoh's palace, which he grew up in, was not what influenced him. More fundamentally, the kind of blood Moses inherited from his mother is important.

Wow! Great sons come from great mothers. I have spoken about this again and again. We have talked about Joseph’s mother. We have talked about Jacob’s mother. We have talked about Isaac’s mother. We have talked about True Mother’s mother. We are talking about True Father’s mother. The mother’s quality is very, very important. If you want to have a good child, we need to talk about the mother’s blood quality. How much she loved God, how much she loved God’s word. When (Joseph’s) mother overcame her fallen nature like Eve’s nature, had total repentance, had a Holy Spirit experience and had a completely different level of heart and love, she gave birth to Joseph, great Joseph. And this great Moses came from where? He came from his mother’s blood lineage. Fundamentally the kind of blood Moses inherited from his mother: if the mother’s quality of blood lineage is not so good, how can she raise up a son as a patriot? It is impossible. That’s why the mother’s blood lineage background and the quality of the mother’s blood lineage is really important.

Secondly, she needs to educate her child properly. (For blessed children) “You are a chosen guy. You are second generation. Your blood lineage comes from God’s blood lineage, not from secular blood lineage. Your lineage is different from my lineage. I came from a satanic blood lineage. You came from God’s blood lineage directly. That is why your sexual organ is important. You need to keep (your) purity. Do you understand, my son. You are different. My position is only the nanny position. You are children of God. You are God’s prince and princess. Do you know, my children, you are second generation. You are third generation. Your blood is like clean water, pure water.

Even Moses’s mother could do this in that kind of environment. As a blessed family we need to inherit from Moses’ mother.

8. Second, Moses and his mother had good mother-child cooperation. Moses came to receive education of the chosen people from his mother, which became the basis for Moses to do great works of God in the future. What if Moses' mother had blamed the environment?

“Oh my goodness! It is terrible here. In Pharaoh’s palace I cannot educate them. It is a secular environment.” Then could Moses have become a great guy, a central figure in God’s providence? It would have been impossible. Even though it was a terrible, worldly environment, it was up to (Moses’) mother’s education, which is the education of the chosen people.

Wow! We cannot blame the secular world. Look at our central figures. Look at Moses’ mother. Look at Jacob’s mother. Look at Joseph’s mother. Look at Isaac’s mother. Look at Daemonim. Look at Chunmonim. Wow! How important is mother-son cooperation.

9. The root of human character is the quality of the blood lineage received in the womb before birth and the relationship with the mother.  Moses’ mother was a descendant of Levi. The Levites were a lineage that served God especially well. They were descendants of the Levitical blood lineage with high Priesthood of God.

Then Moses’ mother educated Moses: “Do you know your lineage? Your lineage is (the) Levitical blood lineage. Our Levitical blood lineage is always loyal to God, loves God. It is the lineage of the high priesthood of God.” Wow! Moses' mother was incredible! She educated (Moses) about their blood lineage. She educated (him) about their ancestors. “Where are you from?”

10. In the Old Testament Age, priests were entrusted with God's work, bearing children and multiplying descendants to do heavenly work for generations to come. Moses was born from a good lineage to serve heaven.

11. The meaning of the name “Moses,” meaning “drew from the water,” goes beyond the meaning that he was saved as a baby, and it can be seen that he had the mission to save all people from the water.

Water symbolically means fallen world.

12. Since the womb is like the sea, a baby grows in the womb, that is, in water. Just as most all life begins with water, all living things come out of the water.

We have learned many important things.

I really love Moses’ mother. Again and again and again I need to love my wife. Then she will have more power to love our children. I am a man. All my brothers, let’s be determined to have a campaign about how we can love our spouse more. Then our spouse will have more power to love her own children and create beautiful harmony and unity. Then we can raise beautiful children, our second generation, our third generation, our descendants.♦
