Our second seminar will be held at the International Peace Education Center (IPEC) from Sunday April 19 to Saturday April 25.

This is a wonderful opportunity for our ACLC partners to discuss Jesus’ understanding of his own mission, gain clarity on the current direction of ACLC, and learn how clergy can unite to create peace throughout the nation and the world through the Blessing.

In the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic, some might wonder: Where is God?

We, your National Pastors, have been chosen by True Mother and with her, we assure you that God is in the world and God cares for you. And, we care for you, too.

In light of the concern of the spread of the Coronavirus, we have made the decision to postpone the CHOSEN 7-day workshop in Las Vegas this month. We feel it is wise to limit travel in order to minimize the spread of the virus.

Let us continue to pray that we, as children of God, can jointly overcome the challenges that come with this outbreak. We know faith is our strongest weapon, but our portion of responsibility requires actions as well, and in this case the correct action is avoid travel and large gatherings to help slow down and prevent the virus from spreading as quickly.

We will keep everyone informed about the next steps and new dates. Remember, we extend true love to you for it’s the greatest power on earth.

Our August 7-day Divine Principle retreat will provide training in the skills needed to teach the fundamentals of the Divine Principle to our tribal messiah communities through a new home study course created by Rev. Andrew Compton, director of education at IPEC.

We are very pleased to announce that we will host a Unification Thought Inheritance Workshop and co-host this year’s RIIWT conference at East Garden in Irvington, NY, from July 22-28.

The workshop, running from July 22-26, will feature lectures from Professor Gerry Servito on the major themes of Unification Thought (UT). Its purpose is to equip participants with the ability to teach an introduction to the content and the value of UT upon returning home. Dr. Thomas Ward and Dr. Claude Perrottet, respectively president and secretary-general of the Research Institute for the Integration of World Thought (RIIWT), will also speak at the workshop. Dr. Ward will discuss the application of UT to the ideological challenges presented by communism in the 20th century and Dr. Perrottet will discuss the place and relevance of UT in the wider field of philosophy.

At the end of the inheritance workshop, we will transition to the RIIWT conference from July 26-28, which will convene under the theme, “Good, Evil, and the Role of the Research Institute in the Revival of the Christian World.” Conference speakers will include Dr. Jung Chang Choi, one of Dr. Sang Hun Lee’s earliest students and supporters, as well as Dr. Ward, Dr. Perrottet, Dr. Robert Beebe, Rev. Heather Thalheimer, Prof. Servito, Rev. Mari Curry, and Ms. Mi Young Eaton.

A longer and optional online course to continue the study of UT will begin toward the end of August.

The 7-day Divine Principle retreat is our flagship educational program at IPEC, where we delve into life’s greatest questions about God, purpose, love, and freedom from the perspective of the Exposition of the Divine Principle.

This February, our 7-day retreat will feature a special pilgrimage component in honor of True Parents’ birthday. In addition to learning more about the Divine Principle and True Parents’ life course, participants will visit many historic places where True Parents invested their hearts in the final years before True Father’s passing. The locations include the Cheon Hwa Gung, True Parent’s final home in America where True Father proclaimed the restoration of Adam and Eve in the Garden before the Fall, True Father’s favorite IHOP where you can enjoy his favorite meal — the Colorado Omelet — the casinos True Parents visited, Red Rock Canyon where True Parents enjoyed the beauty and peace of God’s creation, and Lake Mead where you will take a ride on True Parents’ boat, the same one which they spent countless hours fishing and praying.
